Everyone wants to be loved. being loved responds to this longing with handmade, exquisitely beautiful things - for yourself and for others.

At the beginning of 2023, we received a candle as a gift from a dear friend. The occasion was a sad one, as we had just been diagnosed with cancer in the family.
This was followed by other minor and major strokes of fate over the course of the year. During this time, it was above all our friends who pulled us out of the deep hole: with compassion and long walks, with unlimited listening and delicious meals delivered
to our doorstep. During this time, however, we also experienced that many of our loved ones were unsure what they could do. One friend later told me that she would have loved to give us something nice, but nothing really seemed suitable.
In the early days after the devastating diagnosis, we often lit candles at home. For us, their soft light radiated warmth and peace. We could really use both!
We are now doing well again. We are grateful for the privilege of very good medical treatment and appreciate our lives much more. We are once again enjoying the little things and points of light in our lives - these are reflected in our Delights. The various colored lights create moments that you will remember fondly. They also allow people to be with you in your thoughts who are not in the same place as you.

being loved designs gifts that are suitable for special occasions, be it a wedding, a christening, a family celebration or a birthday. All those celebrations for which a bottle of wine or a bouquet of flowers seem too transient or superficial.
