Returns

If you do not like your order or any part of it, you can return it within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

RETURNING AN ITEM

How it works:

1. The items you wish to return must be returned unused in their original packaging in order to receive a full refund.

2. Please first fill in the reason for your return on the packaging slip (document of your order).

3. Place the packaging slip in the package and seal it carefully.

Send the parcel with the shipping service provider of your choice to:

We recommend that you send the parcel insured and with a tracking number so that your return is protected in the event of loss or damage.

In the event of a complaint, we will take care of the shipping label.

Please handle the products you wish to return with care. This will help to minimize the impact of the return. The planet (and us) shout 'thank you'!

Once we have received your return, the processing time until your refund takes about one week.

Please understand that we are unable to offer free returns and that we accept no liability for lost returns/damage.
