General Information
Our products are all manufactured in the EU. Delight glass lights are made by hand in factories in Germany and the Czech Republic. If you would like to find out more about our producers, click here . Our packaging is plastic-free, manufactured in Germany and is FSC-certified. The tealights are made from German rapeseed wax.
We also do everything we can to operate as climate-neutrally and sustainably as possible. As a young company, we learn something new every day and are constantly optimizing our processes. Our goal is to produce beautiful things sustainably and thereby do good.
Sustainable action is very important to being loved. We see fair trade with our producers and transparency as a basic requirement. Production within the EU guarantees short delivery routes with lower CO2 emissions. We ship our products completely plastic-free. We only use FSC-certified paper as packaging material. We also reuse parcels from returns and from our producers.
We send our parcels with DHL GoGreen to support CO2-neutral shipping. As our products are timeless in quality and design, they are inherently more sustainable than anything produced to be thrown away quickly.
We are a start-up, founded in 2024. For us personally, it makes sense to support an organization that deals with cancer. You can read more about our own story here.

Order
Of course! Especially if the person receiving the gift wants to choose their own colors, a voucher is the perfect option. You can find our gift vouchers here .
We do everything we can to ensure a quick delivery. Once your order has been handed over to our shipping partner DHL, it usually takes one to three days for your order to reach you. Shipping abroad can take a little longer. Unfortunately, we can only deliver to one shipping address per order at this time. We are working hard to make multiple delivery addresses possible.
Exchange and Return
Unfortunately, exchanging items is not possible at the moment, but we are working on being able to offer this service to you soon. You can easily place a new order via the online shop.
Within the first 14 days after your package arrives, you have the option of sending your products back to us within the scope of your statutory right of withdrawal. Please note the conditions for returns. You can find out more here.
If an item arrives damaged, you can of course flag this to us and we will take care of it. Simply contact us here with your order number (hello@beingloved.com) and briefly describe what is wrong with your item with one or more pictures. After checking your claim, we will refund you the amount.
